We refuse all work, which endangers the heath and safety of people and the environment or is illegal. The employees, who work at Simec AG, are able to fulfil the exacting requirements based on their education, training and experience. The level of autonomy and personal responsibility of the individual employees is very high. Individual projects, as far as possible, should be entirely completed by a single employee, who has sufficient training and qualification for that work. During the course of this, he or she may seek out other internal or external specialists for advice. Larger projects are handled by working groups.
Responsibilities are delegated at the implementation level. This ensures that all employee and working groups deal directly with and also can advise the customer. The job descriptions of the employees construed in a way that allows them sufficient competence to carry out their work independently and comprehensively.
All work carried out at Simec AG is subject to confidentiality. Results, recipes and other secrets of the company and its customers may not be revealed or made available to outside parties.
