The employees, who work at Simec AG, are able to fulfil the exacting requirements based on their education, training and experience. The level of autonomy and personal responsibility of the individual employees is very high. Individual projects, as far as possible, should be entirely completed by a single employee, who has sufficient training and qualification for that work. During the course of this, he or she may seek out other internal or external specialists for advice. Larger projects are handled by working groups.
